Shipping & Delivery:
“Playbox” understands that getting your items on-time is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, and provide our customers with the lowest flat shipping rates available. All days referenced are working days (Monday – Friday). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

- We’ll deliver your order within 1 to 5 days starting from the day you placed your order.
- Cash On Delivery may not be available for heavy items.
- Delivery dates are estimates, Delivery periods are given under the reservation that the courier partner meets his contractual duties of cooperation.
- Delivery may delay in cases of force majeure and other unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances for which we are not responsible by “playbox”.
- We are entitled to perform partial delivery and partial services within the agreed delivery and performance periods if reasonable to the Orderer.
- If orderer is responsible for a delay of the shipment or the service of the goods, we are entitled without prejudice to any other claims, to demand payment of a flat-rate in the amount of the usual local storage / additional courier charges, regardless of whether the goods are stored in our facilities or those of a third party.
- If a form of packaging other than the standard form of packaging is used upon the Orderer’s request, it shall be billed at cost price.
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
- We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
- we only deliver within UAE. If you wish to send the item outside the UAE, you’ll have to bear the responsibility and any shipping, handling, forwarding & related costs. Play Box Toys will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
*For heavier weights, large package sizes or wherever an installation is required of the unit, please contact us as additional fees may apply for specialized packing and professional support for installation of the unit.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the city limits of: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah. ID Requirement Upon Delivery
To ensure that your products are delivered with certainty, Play Box Toys or our shipping partners may request, during delivering process, that you provide us a copy/picture of your valid ID to verify your identity.
If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.

In order to provide the utmost satisfaction, local deliveries are carried out by professional courier company to provide you the quickest service and the best prices.
Valid only for owned stock. Shipping time may increase for third party or Vendor shipments.
Note: Refund on cancellation/return of product is applicable until delivery/installation (as applicable) of the same product and Post-delivery/installation (as applicable) you will be charged 100% of the product value on cancellation/return.
